Felizes com a escolha! Positive: A localização é ótima. O prédio também. Facilita bastante ter garagem (ainda que paga à parte e que tenha que descer vários níveis em círculo (6). O apartament é muito bem equipado. Tudo funcionou bem. De forma geral....super recomendo e voltaria!!! Negative: Os dois detalhes a melhorar: 1) pouca iluminação no quarto e na sala 2) Usamos o sofá-cama e ele não é muito confortável (havíamos perguntado e o anfitrião tinha sido sincero, mas mesmo assim escolhemos o apto) e estava meio manchado.

Positive: Location is great. Apartment is great. Negative: Terrible experience and no response from management At 2:30 a.m., the fire alarm went off while we were deeply asleep. We had to evacuate the hotel and remain outside in our pyjamas for almost an hour until the fire brigade allowed us to return. The experience was extremely distressing, especially for our daughter, who was frightened and unable to sleep afterwards. None of us managed to get back to sleep. Another guest told us that this was apparently the second time that week and the third time in a month. We contacted the hotel asking for an explanation and appropriate compensation, but they did not even acknowledge our complaint. We understand that fire alarms must always be taken seriously, but repeated incidents and the complete lack of response from management are unacceptable.

Excellent place near the old town. Modern and full of natural light! Positive: This is an amazing place. The view from the balcony is great, and it is so close to the old town. The Hop-on Hop-off bus stops just one block away in case you need it for tourism. It is super modern and full of natural light. I had a great stay here. Negative: The reception on weekends is difficult to reach. So if you are trying to check in or check out on a Saturday, it is very difficult to find someone at the reception or by phone. I tried to contact them to leave my luggage for a while before my flight, and no one was there on the weekend. This was unexpected. Some appliances did not work, for example, the coffee maker, and some of the blackouts were broken.

Appartement agréable et très bien situé pour tout faire à pieds. Idéal pour 2 mais pas super pour 4. Positive: L'emplacement par rapport au centre de Québec. Le garage pour la voiture. La serviabilité du concierge. Negative: Nous avons cherché l'appartement 531 qui n'existe pas... il s'agit en fait du 513 car les 2 derniers chiffres sont inversés par superstition !! Réservation pour 4 mais seulement 1 lit de préparé. Pas de draps pour le canapé lit (mais le concierge nous a bien dépanné). Canapé lit pas confortable et trop petit pour 2. Pas de rideaux occultants pour les grandes baies vitrées !

Positive: Belle vue. Logement très bien situé à proximité du vieux québec. Petit supermarché à 5mn à pied. Cuisine spacieuse. Negative: Soufflerie bruyante la nuit, il vaut mieux avoir des boules quiès. Cafetière et lave- vaisselle qui ne fonctionnaient pas à notre arrivée, mais le technicien est passé pour réparer.

Bel appartement, bien situé. Positive: Personel tres sympathique. Emplacement très pratique près du vieux Québec, presque tout est accessible à pied, et il y a plusieurs stations de bus tout proche de l'immeuble. L'équipement est vraiment top, possibilité de cuisiner, lave linge ge et séchoir. Appartement très calme ( bonne isolation des vitres). Superbe vue sur le coucher du soleil. Negative: La chambre est séparée du séjour par une vitre qui ne s'ouvre pas, l'aération est indirecte.

A very enjoyable stay here. Positive: The location was good. Easy walking to most of the attractions. Very close to shops and restaurants. Negative: Nothing.

We enjoyed the facilities but the male receptionist was often not at his desk to answer the door. Positive: There was no breakfast??????????? was there supposed to be???? Negative: It was difficult to open and close the balcony door.

Christian was excellent! He is invalauble resource for the property.

Overall, I loved my stay there. Positive: It’s interior design. Negative: The hallway is a little crumpy and small.

Bel appartement super bien placé Positive: La localisation était parfaite. Negative: La vaisselle dans le lave-vaisselle était salle. 2 rideaux étaient cassés à notre arrivée. Un coincé dans la porte et l'autre bloqué en position fermée.

Nice comfortable stay Positive: Very nice bed, kitchen and bathroom. Well equipped with kitchen supplies and laundry. Responsive and friendly staff Negative: The heating and ventilation system is quite noisy. The blinds are awkward and one was broken - the cord was broken and you couldn’t raise the blind.

I could not have found a better place to stay for my solo adventure to QC. The location was amazing within walking distance of so many things. I LOVED all the windows. The building managers, Christian and Rachel, were amazing and so helpful. The only issue was my refrigerator went out and while it it was replaced by the owner within 2 days it was a bit of an inconvenience. I was not even offered reimbursement for my few groceries. That was disappointing. BUT, I refuse to allow that to damper the experience. I would DEF recommend staying here.

Appartement et séjour très agréables. Positive: L appartement était lumineux et spacieux pour 4 personnes. C était plaisant d avoir une vue dégagée sur la ville. Appréciables également, la cuisine qui permet de préparer des plats confortablement, l espace suffisant pour manger, les chaises pliantes supplémentaires permettant d inviter 2 personnes pour un apéritif. Le personnel de l immeuble est très accueillant et disponible. Negative: Le système de badge pour ouvrir la porte des appartements de tout l immeuble était en panne la moitié de notre séjour et nous devions faire appel au réceptionniste pour nous ouvrir la porte. Le linge de maison, notamment draps et couvertures insuffisants pour quatre personnes. Nous avons demandé un drap à l établissement le premier jour. Le parking est un plus mais à régler en plus du paiement de la location.
